This End-User License Agreement (“Agreement”) governs the use of the Accounting Automation application (“Application”) developed for internal use by Dangerous Things, LLC and VivoKey Technologies,
Inc.

1. License Grant

This Application is licensed exclusively for internal business use by Dangerous Things, LLC and VivoKey Technologies, Inc. for the purpose of managing accounting data and financial records.

2. Restrictions

This Application is not available for public use, redistribution, or licensing to third parties. Access is restricted to authorized personnel of the aforementioned companies.

3. Data Access

The Application accesses QuickBooks Online data solely for the purpose of viewing, analyzing, and managing financial transactions belonging to the licensed companies.

4. No Warranty

This Application is provided “as is” for internal use. The developers make no warranties regarding fitness for any particular purpose.

Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy describes how the Accounting Automation application (“Application”) handles data.

1. Purpose

This Application is an internal tool used exclusively by Dangerous Things, LLC and VivoKey Technologies, Inc. to manage their own accounting and financial data.

2. Data Collection

The Application accesses financial data from QuickBooks Online accounts owned and operated by Dangerous Things, LLC and VivoKey Technologies, Inc. This includes:

  • Transaction records
